Dr. David M. Dror has spent 35+ years proving that insurance isn’t just for the rich—it’s for everyone. As the founder of the Micro Insurance Academy and Social Re Consultancy, he has helped low-income communities gain financial protection. A former senior specialist at the ILO and honorary professor at Erasmus University, he has also authored multiple books and 95+ peer-reviewed articles (because why stop at 90?). Chairman of Greycells since 2025, he mentors young Changemakers and university students—sharing experience while hoping to learn from them a more contemporary vision of the future.

Cécile Molinier joined the UNDP in 1992 after serving in the UN Secretariat. She held multiple leadership roles including Resident Representative in several countries and Director of UNDP Geneva. Since retiring in 2012, she lectures on multilateral affairs and serves on boards focused on knowledge sharing. She holds Master’s degrees in English Literature and an MBA in Management.

Carlotta Graffigna, an Italian lawyer, worked over 30 years with the UN in Vienna and Geneva. Her work spanned development cooperation, legal advising, education, and diplomacy. She brings to Greycells her financial expertise, legal skills, and energy, with a deep belief in the potential of youth.

Giovanni Francesco di Cola holds a PhD in Development Economics from Paris X Ouest and a master’s in soviet studies from Sciences Po Paris.
With forty years of professional experience in employment, programming, fundraising, and management, Giovanni has served in various capacities across multiple countries, including Senegal (UNESCO, UNFPA, and ILO), Niger (UNICEF), Peru (Head of Programs of the ILO Regional Office), Trinidad and Tobago (Director of the ILO Subregional Office for the Caribbean), Turkey (Director ai of the ILO Office for Turkey), and at the ILO headquarters in Geneva, where he served between 2015 and 2023 as the Special Adviser to the Deputy Director-General for Field Operations and Partnerships in Geneva.
Giovanni has been an active member of the global movement on sport and human rights, contributing to establishing the Centre for Sport and Human Rights in Geneva in 2021. He also assisted the UN Special Adviser and former President of the Swiss Confederation in supporting the late UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan on Sport for Development and Peace.
In this capacity, he facilitated high-level dialogues between UN agencies in Geneva and international sports federations in Lausanne. He has also served on boards, foundations, and reform committees focusing, among others, on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)

Esther Guluma began her career in Liberia and later worked for USAID and UNICEF in various global roles. After serving as Regional Director for UNICEF in Africa, she joined Fairtrade International as Board Chair. Her work spans development, emergency response, and advocacy.
